168 Hours in a week

THe 4 B’s…

There should be a synergy among core 4: Body (sleep, eating, exercising), Being (spiritual reflection, journaling…work for your soul), Balance (family, friends, fun), Business (work, how you provide). Don't try to sit down and figure out what you do. Be real with yourself. At the end of each day, fill your calendar in with what you actually did this first week and lets take a look. Be honest. Stick to your normal schedule and after you have 7 days of real data, let’s see how close you get to taking care of everything you need to in life to be successful. We are working from the ground up here.


Homework: Completely fill your calendar at the end of every day with your tasks. Do 7 consecutive days and at the close of the 7th day send a screen shot of your calendar to your trainer to discuss.
